Instrument Introduction:
The mine gas analyzer is specifically designed for gas analysis in coal mines, fire forecasting, and gas hazard identification. This includes the analysis of prediction, forecasting, and unsealing indicators for extinguishment levels. Utilizing a thermal conductivity detector, dual hydrogen flame detector, methane conversion furnace, ten-way valve sampling device, and specialized stainless steel packed columns, it completes the analysis of both macro and micro components of mine gas (O₂, N₂, CH₄, CO, CO₂, C₂H₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₂) in a single injection.

Performance Features:
◆ Based on the new generation high-performance, high-stability GC-9850 gas chromatograph, ensuring reliable and stable operation.

◆ Dual-channel chromatographic workstation, supports Windows XP operating system, allowing flexible storage of chromatographic analysis spectra, data processing, and report printing.
◆ Can be paired with a specialized chromatographic workstation for mine gas analysis. For dual-channel products, spectra from channels A and B can be merged into one spectrum for processing and calculation. Alarm values for various gas concentrations and alkene ratios can be set, with automatic alerts for methane and oxygen concentrations entering the gas component triangle. Results from automatic and manual sampling can be stored in a database. Historical data or trend charts can be printed (or queried) by time or sampling location, displaying the distance between the gas triangle and historical data.
◆ Enables online automatic analysis; by laying pipelines, the instrument can periodically sample automatically, continuously monitoring process sample gas and self-calibrating without manual verification. For areas without pipeline probes, manual sampling detection is available, offering flexibility and reliability.
